"Pai" means "father" in the Galician language Gallego. 100% Albariño grown steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, Pai showcases lots of malolactic fermentation and width on the palate.

Lemon zest and an explosion of minerality. Salty, a touch floral, somewhat beeswaxy and a little chalky. An abundance of acid, juicy and tangy through and through. 

Try it with seared scallops or umami noodles.
