Produced using a blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Parellada, the wine is aged for a minimum of 18 months before it’s released.
Straw yellow in colour, with a lovely lime-green hue, the Brut Reserva 18 has medium bubbles that gently drift to the surface.
The tropical notes on the nose of pineapple and banana are supported by a denser, more robust butter and woodsy background. In the mouth, the wine has very good acidity and a lush round mouth feel. Big almond, ripe pear, lemon cream, and a touch of caramel and butter rewards on the ﬁnish.
