Made from Garnatxa, with small amounts of Carignan and Syrah added to the blend, the wine is fermented with native yeasts and left un-oaked.
It offers up an alluring perfume of earthy minerals, spice box, and ripe black cherries. Sweetly fruited, smooth-textured, and plush on the palate, it will provide considerable pleasure now, or can be enjoyed over the next 5-6 years.
