Cabernet Franc (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon (24%) and Sumoll (10%) varietals come from the vineyards that best reﬂect the terroir of the property.
Free of herbicides, pesticides or other chemicals, the hand-picked grapes are subjected to a variety of viniﬁcation techniques to bring out their singular qualities, as does the 12 months of aging in French oak.
The result is a gorgeous reﬂection of the best of Penedès.
Rich ruby in colour, the wine has abundant, ﬁne legs. The nose is serious and intensely fragrance, showing a balsamic background, with aromas of black pepper, fresh plums and hints of candied oranges and pencil lead. In the mouth, the wine seduces and expands, providing plenty of ﬂeshy, black fruit. The persistent tannins give way to a long, elegant ﬁnish.
