Nus del Terrer is the flagship red wine from Vinyes del Terrer. The wine is crafted from over 40-year-old Grenache vines, complemented by some Cabernet Sauvignon. They are cultivated in soils rich in Lumaquel·la, a unique marine fossil mineral which give these vines a uniquely mineral character.
After finishing the process, the wine was pressed and passed by gravity into 5,000-litre new and used French oak barrels from Allier, Nevers and Vosgues to complete malolactic fermentation.
Intensely aromatic, the Garnacha offers sweet, juicy red fruit nuanced with spices like coffee and cocoa, playing off of aromas of of pulpy green vegetables from the Cabarnet Sauvignon.
Intense and flavourful, Nus del Terrer is a silky wine with a substantial volume. Intense remembrances of cherries, a hint of blueberries and a deep minerality entwined in perfect harmony. Tips of black pepper, tobacco and flowers.
