One of the most striking and unique whites we’ve ever tasted. Sourced from several old-vine, untrained pie franco parcels of indigenous-to-the-Canaries Listan Blanco.

A high-toned, high-altitude volcanic white with partial skin contact, some concrete aging, some oaking, & even some sherry-style aging under flor.

The end result is a saline, smoky, and  with notes of olive, yellow apple & flaky pastry and a mineral finish.
