Nus del Terrer is the flagship red wine from Vinyes del Terrer. The wine is crafted from over 40-year-old Garnacha vines, complemented by some Cabernet Sauvignon. They are cultivated in soils rich in Lumaquel·la, a unique marine fossil mineral which give these vines a uniquely mineral character.
After finishing the process, the wine was pressed and passed by gravity into 5,000-litre new and used French oak barrels from Allier, Nevers and Vosgues to complete malolactic fermentation.
Intensely aromatic, the Garnacha offers sweet, juicy red fruit nuanced with spices like coffee and cocoa, playing off of aromas of of pulpy green vegetables from the Cabarnet Sauvignon.
Intense and flavourful, Nus del Terrer is a silky wine with a substantial volume. Intense remembrances of cherries, a hint of blueberries and a deep minerality entwined in perfect harmony. Tips of black pepper, tobacco and flowers.

Blanc del Terrer is a single-vineyard white made from Macaebo in Spain's Tarragona DO. The vines are planted in soils composed of lumaquela, which is the local name for a type of marine fossil in that brings a distinct minerality to the grapes grown in this terroir.
Refreshing mineral white from Catalunya. Light yellow linden color, fresh nose of pineapple and butter toast, medium acids, salt finish reminds you of the sea in Tarragona region.
Harvest was carried out by hand. The grapes were then cold-macerated, de-stemmed and gently crushed. Finally, the resulting juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months on its lees.
