The slightly darker of the whites is the 2023 Laventura Malvasía, produced with grapes from a 61-year-old vineyard in Leza, as the variety tends to be found in higher altitude and cooler places. It has an expressive nose of pollen, beeswax, herbs and spice. It has
contained ripeness, 12% alcohol, a pH of 3.3 and five grams of acidity, with a chalky, dry mouthfeel, precise and clean flavors and very good persistence. It fermented in concrete with skins for a week and matured in concrete eggs with lees for one year. 933
bottles were filled in November 2024.
