Doniene is made with 100% Hondarrabi Zuri, straw yellow in colour with a green iridescence. Subtle and complex varietal aromas of apple, citrus, herbaceous tones like fennel and some minerality.

Broad, viscous and round. Long with a slight bitter finish –v ery characteristic of the variety. The fruit of the wine persists in the mouth.
