Galinas y Focas - Hens and Seals, a wine produced in collaboration with the Amandip Esment Foundation supporting adults and children with physical and learning opportunities.
Made with pure Mantonegro grapes from 40-year-old vines, this wine is bright, lifted, and very aromatic with integrated acidity.
It's matured for 6 months in foudre, 12 months in barriques, and 6 months in the bottle, resulting in a silky and elegant texture with fine tannins.
