The white 2023 La Nave Blanco was produced with 85% Viura, 10% Garnacha Blanca and 5% Malvasía Riojana from different parts of the Rioja appellation. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete, where it was kept with fine lees for 12 months. It has
moderate ripeness and is pale, young and light at 11.5% alcohol, fresh and clean, with a pH of 3.42 and 4.7 grams of acidity. It has floral aromas, notes of white fruit, and a streamlined palate, balanced, with a fine chalky texture. 3,082 bottles produced. It was
bottled in November 2024.
