In a case of terroir trumping grape variety – altitude is the key factor in this extraordinarily fresh Garnacha Blanca, plus careful work in the vineyard and the winery.

The result is a vibrant, mineral wine with a lovely rich mouthfeel from daily batonnage

An amazing project by Roc and Leo Gramona, doing really important work (alongside some of our other bright stars in Penedès) to investigate and imagine what a pre- (and maybe post-) Cava landscape might look like, making still wines from the incredible vineyard sites dotted around one of my favourite terroirs.
