The handpicked organically grown grapes are fermented in stainless steel using natural yeasts. The wine is then aged for 8 months in 10% French tonneau and 90% stainless steel.
Cucu is a fresh, delightful young wine, bursting with bright citrus zests, bitter melon, herbs, and cool mineral nuance, courtesy of the 718 meters of altitude and siliceous sands and stones over clay and limestone subsoils.
In the mouth there are hints of grass, stone fruit and flint. And as the wine warms, the Verdejo aromatics develop, as the balance of fruit and acidity delight the palate.
