Pet Caus Rosado is the entry point to the Can Ràfols dels Caus range, but it doesn't punch below its weight — a blend of Merlot, Tempranillo, and Syrah handled with the same care as the estate's premium wines. The price-to-quality ratio here is one of the best in the Cosecha portfolio.

THE TASTE

Charming salmon pink. The nose is lively — red currant, pomegranate, fresh strawberry — with a savory edge from Mediterranean herbs that keeps it from being sweet. The palate mirrors that tension: fresh red fruit, a mineral backbone, and a clean, refreshing finish. Just 9,300 bottles produced.

THE STORY

Can Ràfols dels Caus is one of the Penedès' most important estates, with over 40 years of organic farming and a commitment to indigenous varieties. The Petit Caus range was designed to make the estate accessible without compromising on winemaking standards — hand-harvested, indigenous yeasts, and careful extraction.
