The Vibe The name means "cyclic" — a tribute to those who appreciate wine as something that improves, evolves, and returns to itself. It's also an accurate description of the winemaking philosophy. The estate was born in 2005 as a reclaimed gravel pit — Lagravera literally means "the gravel pit" in Catalan — located along the Serra Llarga, the longest gypsum mountain chain in Europe, between the Pyrenees and the Ebro Valley. The gypsum is the reason the wine has freshness at all.

The Taste Ripe peach, dried apricot, aromatic herbs, and a flinty mineral lift on the nose. The palate adds mineral complexity, a distinct saline note, and a faint smokiness that follows through to a long finish. Nine months in 500-litre French oak barrels adds texture without tipping into heaviness — the gypsum soils keep the acidity honest throughout.

The Story Certified organic from the start and biodynamic since 2011, Lagravera introduced lunar and planetary calendars into their farming and began making their own biodynamic compounds on site. Winemaker Pilar Salillas has pushed the estate's commitment further since joining in 2018, reviving forgotten indigenous varieties and refining the biodynamic approach in the cellar. Cíclic Blanc comes from the Vinya Núria vineyard, where shallow, stony, sandy soils with very low rainfall force the roots deep, while year-on-year organic matter buildup is gradually transforming the plot into a self-sustaining biocosmic system.The 2022 vintage delivered exceptional concentration from the heat — the gypsum delivered the freshness to balance it.

Best Enjoyed With Serve at 10–12°C. Grilled prawns, roasted chicken with herbs, semi-cured cheese, or white bean stews. The saline mineral finish earns its place at the table.
