The Vibe

A soulful, "anti-industrial" red that balances Mediterranean warmth with high-altitude energy. This is a wine born from genuine friendship and dirty fingernails—a collaboration between the Foraster family and Cosecha, refined together in the cellar to create something you won't find anywhere else.

The Taste

Grounded yet vibrant. The Tempranillo and Cabernet provide a structural backbone of blackcurrant and plush red fruit, while the indigenous Trepat—the signature of the estate—injects a shock of white pepper, wild herbs, and a "crunchy" acidity. It’s medium-bodied, transparent, and avoids the heavy-handed oak often found in commercial Spanish reds.

The Story

Grown in the calcareous clay soils of Montblanc by one of our closest producer partners. Our founder is a constant fixture in these vineyards, working alongside the Forasters to ensure the fruit is handled with minimal intervention. This cuvée is a Cosecha exclusive, crafted specifically for our community of Ontario collectors and restaurants who value terroir and human connection over mass production.

Slightly chilled (15°C). It’s a versatile table companion that thrives alongside grilled lamb, earthy mushroom risotto, or a simple board of aged Manchego.
