2 × Cucú 2025 — the fresh one. Certified organic Verdejo from La Seca and Segovia, about 10% in used barrels. Citrus, green apple, and a classical bitter twist on the finish. 13%. 92+ pts.
2 × Loseco 2024 — the mineral one. The Viura and Verdejo blend that La Seca's wineries poured thirty and forty years ago, brought back. 60% Viura, 40% Verdejo, unfined and unfiltered. Salt and citrus pith. 12.5%. 94 pts.
2 × Barco del Corneta 2024 — the complex one. Organic Verdejo from Cantarranas, the single plot the estate grew out of, fermented and matured in barrel on its lees. White Burgundy texture with the salt still underneath. 13.5%. 94 pts.
