The handpicked organically grown grapes are fermented in stainless steel using natural yeasts. The wine is then aged for 8 months in 10% French tonneau and 90% stainless steel.

Cucú is varietal, with notes of yellow fruit and straw, fresh, velvety and with a dry and clean finish.
