A Spanish wine made with Canadian muscle! We helped hand-harvest the Grenache grapes that went into this lifted, ethereal red. Medium-to-full bodied, complex and refreshing, expect strawberry fruit leather, cherry, an herbal note and subtle tannins.

100% Malvasia - Valencia, Spain
"Castor" is "beaver" in Spanish - and the label shows a Canadian beaver munching on a Valencian orange! A vibrant & floral orange wine to take us into Fall. A beautiful deep orange in the glass, with zippy minerality and a pithy texture.

100% Trepat - Conca de Barbera, Catalonia
A liquid homage to Toronto! The label is inspired by the Beastie Boys' "5 Boroughs" album cover.
Light, refreshing and very fun to enjoy. An outstanding balance of fruit and non-fruit components on the nose and a pleasing red and black berry profile on the palate, joined by mushroom and peppercorn notes.
