The 2015 Aspriu Blanco is fermented in a mixture of oak, foudres, chestnut barrels, cement egg and stainless steel.
It is very minty, smoky and balsamic with notes of dry hay and straw, with a core of ripe fruit. It-s dense, with good fruit, the wood still to be integrated, with a slightly dry bitter finish. Incredibly young abd fresh despite 7 years of ageing.
