100% Pinot Noir from Carrascal in Jerez on albariza soils. Manual harvest in several passes, micro-vinifications in open tanks at different levels of whole cluster and post-fermentative maceration for two weeks.
Aged further in uncoated red clay amphora by Carles Llarch for less than a year. Ethereal and structured Pinot Noir, with a ferrous- clay character, spicy and with a ferrous structure.
Very limestone and mineral. Elegantly masters tart cherry, blood plum, raspberry, strawberry and licorice. You will be surprised and delighted by the gorgeous example of pinot noir.
