Polar Boar is a 100% skin contact Xarello grown at the Can Comas estate, 200- 300 meters above sea level in the upper Penedès region, spanning the Riudebitlles Valley in Catalunya.
The Bitlles River which flows through the valley significantly influences the mountain relief, humidity, wind direction, and soil types of the estate, creating a complex microclimate that produces an incredible grapes and wine.
Polar Boar Orange is a lightly textured, ethereal skin-contact wine (two weeks on skins). \
Zesty and fresh, Polar Boar Orange serves notes of satsuma orange, Meyer lemon citrus, a whiff of herbal greennesses and delicate, orange pekoe tannins.
