This unique cortado wine is made from hand-picked grapes grown in distinct albariza soils. The grapes are not destemmed and undergo spontaneous fermentation in old 500-liter barrels, without temperature control. After 26 months of maturing in the same barrels (including 4 months under flor), the wine is bottled with minimal filtration.

It has a slightly oxidized fino aroma with ripe fruit, straw, and a hint of salty lime. The palate offers a dry, salty structure with overripe fruit notes and a touch of sweetness. The fresh minerality brings a pleasant balance.
