Mahara Espatula Petnat is a naturally sparkling wine made using the ancestral method. Tintilla grapes from 80+ year old vines were used to create the wine. The soils are infused with albariza.

This wine was fermented in small 1500l tanks. And before the end of fermentation it is bottled. This wine is sparkling with more body than the other Vinificate pentads while very remaining very fresh and well-integrated with fine bubbles.
