Palo Blanco is the name of a zone in the village of Los Realejos in Tenerife, one of the finest locations for Listán Blanco (Palomino) to grow.

High-toned, linear, saline and electric. Flinty & saline, vanilla bean, light hint of tangerine spritz, sesame oil, smoky chalky texture.
