Made with Chardonnay and white Premsal, a native variety that gives luminosity and minerality to the wine. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks then blended and bottled.
A young, highly aromatic Mediterranean white, with lots of tropical fruit and florality. Clean, bright, fresh with soft salinity and minerality, giving the wine a nice complexity.
Pair it with seafood risotto or braised herb-butter cod.
