Blau Cru blends floral notes on the nose with well balanced ripe fruit and notably acidity. Made with 100% Malvasia de Sitges, a grape with natural acidity and a wonderful minerality.
Blau Cru is very aromatic, with notes of white peach, lemon and flowers. Citrus fruit on the palate with a long vibrant finish. This is a dry white wine.
