Cava Rosat is a unique sparkling wine made from organic Trepat grapes in Conca de Barberà, Catalunya.

The wine is made using the traditional "Methode champenoise" with a second fermentation in the bottle, aging in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months up to 30 months. Only native yeasts are used.

The wine is pale salmon-pink in colour, delicate and elegant, with fine bubbles with notes of fresh red fruits and spices on the palate.
