This pure, honest and clean expression of the Passerina grape variety, one of the most adored white grapes in the Adriatic area. The grapes are hand-harvested, organically grown and aged in steel to preserve the variety's characteristics and freshness.
Floral aromas of rose and violet lead to a palate that offers hints of fragrant white fruit, pear on an ultra-fresh background. The finish is mineral with saline notes.
