Petita Julieta is made from 100% Macabeo from 45-year-old vines grown at 400 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested early to preserve freshness. Cold fermented with 6 hours of skin contact and a few more weeks of contact with the precipitate before storage in steel tanks to preserve the aroma.
Petita Julieta Blanc is delighfully light and aromatic on the nose with notes of melon, white peach, citrus and bright flowers. In the mouth, the wine's taste is fresh, fruity and light with a refreshing citrus-driven finish with a hint of grapefruit peel.
