Sus Scrofa is Latin for wild boar, the poster animal for Celler Pardas that's frequently seen roaming the vineyards. 

100% Sumoll from three different parcels of chalky-clay soil, one with 70 year old vines.  Aged in concrete for four months and bottled without fining or filtration

Notes of black cherry, dried green herbs and subtle salinity with hints of clove, anise and chewy tannins.
