Alvar de Dios, a rising star in Toro, delivers a bold and satisfying redmade up of 90% Tinto de Toro (Tempranillo) and 10% Garnacha (Red Grenanche). Raised in the region known for powerful wines, he found inspiration with Comando G winemakers, working harvest at first and moving on to winemaking together before tyaking over the family project in Toro.
Seeking balance and complexity, he crafts his Tio Uco blend with hand-picked, organic grapes.
