A delightfully unique unfortified white wine. Made from Palomino grapes, typically used in sherry production, this dry, lower-alcohol gem captures the savory richness of the 19th-century Jerezano style.
Aged in old Manzanilla barrels, it exudes notes of marcona almond, meyer lemon curd, lemongrass, and smokey flint.
Tapas dishes are a must, think anchovies and croquette.
