Taste through two importers' portfolios, focused on France, Italy and Spain, and talk directly with the people who find and import these wines. Salt and Sand Provisions pairs truffles and caviar with the wines, and canapés and small bites are served throughout the evening.
Featured producers include Vitícola Mentridana (Méntrida, Gredos) and Gregory Pérez of Bodegas y Viñedos Mengoba (Bierzo).
